Who is showing you the way

I've been on both sides of the desk.

I came to this country barely speaking English. I tried a law firm and got fired the next day because my English wasn't enough.

So I worked as a nanny and cleaned houses, for the money and to be surrounded by the language. Then I went back to law firms and have been moving up ever since. First as a legal practice assistant, and now as a hiring manager who reads the resumes and sits in the interviews.

I started Break Into Legal Academy because I know how it feels to be told you're not enough for an office. This is a good job most people don't know exists, and I walked the path myself. I don't know of any school that trains for it the way I do, from the hiring side.
